A nurturing space created with you in mind. I support new and expecting Black moms through holistic doula care, personalized coaching, and a vibrant membership community where you’re seen, heard, and deeply cared for.
As a Black new mom myself—and a Licensed Social Worker (LMSW), Full-Spectrum Doula, and racial equity advocate—I bring over a decade of experience walking alongside women of color as they heal, grow, and reclaim their joy.
In 2013, alongside my mother, I co-founded Sisters Building Sisters in Brooklyn, Inc., a nonprofit focused on helping Black women and girls develop self-love, confidence, and purpose. Later, I worked as a non-profit executive leader and therapist supporting Black women through trauma, major life transitions, and the pressure to “do it all."

“do it all."
Then in 2021, while I was pregnant with my daughter, everything shifted. I saw firsthand how deeply broken the maternal care system is for Black women—and I knew I had to do something. That’s when Woven Wellness was born: a space that affirms us, nurtures us, and reminds us that we matter, too
Here’s what I believe:
✔ You deserve to trust yourself without second-guessing.
✔ You deserve to set boundaries without guilt.
✔ And you deserve to prioritize your well-being—because when you thrive, everything and everyone connected to you gets better, too.
That’s the heart of my work. And I’m here to walk with you as you rest, reclaim, and rise in this season of life.
When I’m not holding space for mamas, you can catch me dancing, working out, or cozying up with my hubby and a good rom-com. I’m also a gluten-free vegan who’s always experimenting with Pinterest recipes—especially if there’s a chance to put a healthy twist on a sweet treat!

This isn’t just work for me; it’s ministry. I want every mama I serve to feel seen, heard, and valued.
